Make a Privacy Request
Ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information. We only ask for what we need to find your records.

If you have an account
The fastest route is your account page. Being signed in is itself the verification — we will not ask you for identity documents.
- Update your display name and email directly in account settings.
- Request account deletion from the account page; this starts our reviewed deletion workflow and restricts the account immediately.
- For access, export, or health-data-specific requests, email us from the address on your account.
If you do not have an account
Email hello@mydeficiencies.com from the email address connected to your request, or use the contact form. Tell us what you would like us to do and, if you purchased a report, include the email used at checkout so we can locate the order. We verify by confirming control of that email address. We will not ask you for government ID, health information, or other sensitive data solely to verify a request unless there is no less intrusive option.
